Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://basketballtraininglasvegas.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. OB Athletics reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, OB Athletics markets and arranges Basketball Training, Summer Basketball Camp, Court Reservations, Private Basketball Lessons, Athletic Performance Training. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. OB Athletics (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. OB Athletics reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. OB Athletics makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will OB Athletics's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold OB Athletics harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NV for any related dispute.
Updates. OB Athletics reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
